How to Write A Complaints Letter

Having troubles dealing with large businesses and government departments, keep getting the run around. Keep being put on hold for hours and then getting cut off without any warning.

We please don?t feel to upset you are not alone, while many companies say they are all about customer service the truth is they are not really to concerned with your problem and in many cases your complaints fall on deaf ears landing on the I’m as high as you can go mans desk.

The fact is there is always someone higher up in the organisation you can appeal to, whether it,s in the actual complaints department, the next level of management or government regulator and more often than not these people or groups will want to know about the person who has been delaying your complaints.

In many cases the upper levels of management know nothing about the problems in their companies and are glad to hear about what is happening from their customers, but be careful a phone is not always the best way to go about addressing your problems as you may find yourself saying the wrong thing or getting worked up.

Don’t forget that in most cases the person on the other end of the phone isn’t even responsible for your dilemma and are only trying to help and like most people they don’t appreciate getting yelled at because of another colleague’s mistake.

One way to get over this is to write a well thought out complaints letter, something that sums up your entire circumstances in as specific way as possible. You need to be to the point but not abusive many of these upper management types are very sympathetic but this suddenly disappears when they are being told that their people are the most useless sons of so and so?s on the face of the earth.

Imagine if you were this person, arrived at work and opened an abusive letter, you would probably bin it, why not spend some time and help this person understand your problem and how it has affected you and your thoughts on his company and service. It may take some time and a number of letter but you can and will I most cases get you complaint heard by being nice and to the point.
